Are you an introvert or an extrovert?

I'm an introvert in the sense that as much as I love people, interacting with a lot of them is mentally and physically exhausting.

I would say I can be either of them, but I'm much more of an extrovert than I am an introvert. I tend only to be introverted when I am sleepy.

I'm typically an introvert. If I have to be extroverted, I put on a good show, but it's exhausting.

It works on a spectrum. I learn more introverted, but can quite talkative with people I know well
