This girl. That's who. Pennsylvania is a cash only toll state. I was hoping for cute toll guy and preparing for a ticket and a fine for being unprepared. Luckily the travel gods got word that the universe does indeed like me! Service plaza with an atm AND a Starbucks!!! No ticket or fine for me!! Wohooo!

Big scam. ..in Illinois all the money it generates goes to pay the tollway agency and the workers and that's it no money left for road improvements. ..crazy
