This girl. That's who. Pennsylvania is a cash only toll state. I was hoping for cute toll guy and preparing for a ticket and a fine for being unprepared. Luckily the travel gods got word that the universe does indeed like me! Service plaza with an atm AND a Starbucks!!! No ticket or fine for me!! Wohooo!
