As it was told to me, size matters up to a point. After that point, pleasure is not enhanced. A big one may be a turn on to look at, but it is not more pleasurable.

I think people are considering extremes. If you're in the average range it's not going to be a big deal where you are on that scale.

However if you're one of the outliers it is going to affect you in some ways, whether they are good or bad.
