Worst part about apartment living is?
The dumbshits down the hall who always argue, the dumbshits who always blast rap, the dumbshits who leave trash bags in the hall.

I never actually lived in an apartment building, the two I lived in were on private property (one was the second story of a two story house). The best part for me was that I didn't have to be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep...the worst part was having nosey landlords (one actually had her neighbors "spy" on me and report my every move to her whenever she wasn't around).
