@emptysoul44 For the most part, yes. There's a few historical exceptions, mostly in Vietnam and Spain, but it's safe to say communism is a generally authoritarian system.

@emptysoul44 Uh...limited power to the central government is like a core value of liberalism. No, liberals don't believe in big government or welfare. They believe in the opposite. Liberalism believes the government should have very limited power, especially when it comes to people's personal lives. That's where the NAP came from. That's absolutely inseparable from liberalism.
