What did you quit doing?

AlphaPuppy · 26-30, M
Pretending to be OK, well for the most part I've stopped anyway
ZenKitzune · F
@AlphaPuppy be open to possibilities, things change all the time. I've met a lot of doctors in my time and it wasn't them who helped me in the end. Modern medicine only goes so far I'm afraid.
Lonesomewolf2018 · 26-30, M
@ZenKitzune What about both modern medicine and a Psychological doctor.
ZenKitzune · F
@Lonesomewolf2018 For me personally, I can't say that it helped. I spent years wasting my time on it and don't regret looking for alternatives for one second.

Listening to the same 300 songs I lived and loved as a teen/twenty something.
ZenKitzune · F
@CheshireCatalyst I guess I do the same when I watch a sad movie or get involved with the story line and characters in a series. For a long time I was unable to get in touch with my feelings bc they were too much.
CheshireCatalyst · 36-40, M
@ZenKitzune we're opposites on that. I don't have enough. If we sat on an emotional see saw it would ping me off into space.
ZenKitzune · F
@CheshireCatalyst it's taken a lot of work to switch mine back on lol. For a long time it was not in my control at all, I just felt numb.
