Listening to the same 300 songs I lived and loved as a teen/twenty something.

@CheshireCatalyst I always find songs so soaked in memories that a lot of it I can't listen to any more.

@ZenKitzune I can understand that. With what you've been through.

I have one recent song that runs around and around in my head and reminds me of the miscarriage, but I deliberately listen to it so I remember to feel.

@CheshireCatalyst I guess I do the same when I watch a sad movie or get involved with the story line and characters in a series. For a long time I was unable to get in touch with my feelings bc they were too much.

@ZenKitzune we're opposites on that. I don't have enough. If we sat on an emotional see saw it would ping me off into space.

@CheshireCatalyst it's taken a lot of work to switch mine back on lol. For a long time it was not in my control at all, I just felt numb.
