How can you get motivated and buckle down and get serious about hitting the gym?

Things are getting bad! I already have this pair of distressed jeans with rips in the knees but when I squatted down to get something the fabric got too tight I guess and ripped more.

What's next chair breaking? The last time I tried to get more into the gym I think I lasted 2 days in a row and haven't been back since. I keep telling myself alright I will go today but then I get too tired and stay home.

Although exercise is all good and healthy, you can be fat and in shape. If you want to lose weight, change your eating habits.
