Creation or evolution?

How about BOTH.
Primnproper · 56-60, F
I read a good point the other day by someone they said" when you can explain to me where black people come from when Adam and Eve were both white, I'll come into church"...that made me smile..Evolution is definitely more plausible for me..

@newjaninev2 You posted how many points as 'proof' of your faith. I look at the same evidence and conclude it is proof of my faith. The only difference is that at the end of life I will be going to a place of great joy and eternal love. You will just cease to exist. Nice faith you have there. I out grew that nonsense decades ago.

@hippyjoe1955 So, you opted for just more pap.

Some might be disappointed by your inability to stay on topic, by your inability to reply coherently and meaningfully, by your inability to say anything that isn't just a chant of self-serving, self-interested, unsupported claims, by your inability to discuss those claims in a reasoned manner, by your inability to avoid pretence and deception... but they would be people who are not familiar with your history.

Actually, I won't even repeat my questions.
Run along... you are dismissed.

@newjaninev2 Most would say you are foolish for trying to win this debate. What is the point? In a few years you will be gone and your thoughts with you. Life according to you is little more than being born, eating, scronking and dying. There is no purpose. All your 'intellectual inquiry is empty. There is no point to your world view beyond nothingness. You want it you can have it. I moved on years ago.
You can’t have both. They both contradict each other. That’s like asking someone to choose to eat a hamburger with their hands or a spoon.

We are still evolving though. First came creation, then evolution

You can't have both
Motleycrue667 · 46-50, F
@Quizzical I don't really believe only 2 people were created (Adam and eve) it's all still a mystery
Quizzical · 46-50, M
@Sicarium So Adam and Eve were protozoa? lol

The creationist argument is based upon religion and The Bible, and that states Adam, Eve, Garden of Eden etc etc, so that's where I got that from.

Personally I think it's all balls.

In my view it's evolution or nothing. I was just arguing that you can't have the Bible's account for the origin of Man AND The Theory of Evolution, they are pretty much mutually exclusive.

As for the creation of the Universe... Well, that's anyone's guess, but I very much doubt any omnipotent superbeing did it.

@Quizzical I see...
ozgirl512 · 26-30, F
Creationism, as espoused, is mutually exclusive to evolution
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
Evolution has the implication that it is not directed in anyway beyond survival. Creation has the understanding that even change is directed by a Superior Being. You can't have non-direction and intimate direction at the same time.

I can only accept creation if evolution is involved.
