I quite like the Catholic idea of confession

I wish I could open up to a random stranger and tell everything I've every done wrong. I mean, let out the secret. I feel like a burden would be off me.

You can and even better just go to a church and do it so there are no worries about it slipping out. It's really not so bad

I was raised Catholic but no longer, still I do confessionals with people I trust to this day
