I don't have a basement. But I do have a small space, like an enclosed balcony, that has nothing in it except a chair and the cats' litter box. The chair reclines. You'll be comfy.

@StevetheSleeve Sure, two, if you want, but it's a very warm room. Because it used to be a balcony, they put radiators on the three walls. There is no fourth wall because that is the arch way into the living room.
