I don't need much money, and I'm really trying to get rid of a lot of excess things, but I really don't want a partner or a lover. So, when I find a good one, I'll give you a shout and you can come pick him up at the local Y.

@StevetheSleeve You've been such a good guy lately. Next time I might actually allow you a space in the basement. ....... oh no, wait! I live in a high rise apartment building. I don't have a basement. But I do have a small space, like an enclosed balcony, that has nothing in it except a chair and the cats' litter box. The chair reclines. You'll be comfy.

@StevetheSleeve Sure, two, if you want, but it's a very warm room. Because it used to be a balcony, they put radiators on the three walls. There is no fourth wall because that is the arch way into the living room.
