Second, the Chinese were caught putting small amounts of waste into everything from toothpaste to toilet paper in the early 2000's.

Of course they were fined and many companies got shut down, but the Chinese are still notorious for putting trash in American exports. Recently, matel factories got fined for insulating "my little pony" with used plastic and other trash.

Ok, pantene probably doesn't have nuclear waste in it, but at one point in time.... it very well could have. But the amounts of waste put into product was so tiny and spread out it wouldn't ve hard to miss.
