Honestly, I don't really care for these so call rights whining rallies of the first world nations. I have other priorities to fix. There's hunger, starving kids, people dying of dreaded diseases, there's flood, famine, crime is on the peak in some cities. I'd rather focus my attention on those.

In theory. There's no logical reason for them not to be able to. On the other hand, I think most people, in situations other than at the beach, should wear shirts or tops, anyway.
