@Crusher69 Google "utc time", and compare it with your current time to see the difference. Then take that difference relatively to 9:00 AM UTC :)

Why is maintenance necessary for small websites like sw and bigger websites like google never shut down for maintenance ?

@mysteryespresso For that reason exactly -- because Google (and the big ones) have enough budget and staff to be able to have a farm of servers, so when servers need to be updated, they upgrade one server at a time, and switch/failover the services to the other servers (for example).

@jackrabbit10 server upgrades have never let to any issues as far I recall. (Not for users anyway. I have no idea how much the admins were stressing out each time. 😅)
