Have you had an concussion and if so, does it still affect you, if yes, how?

For me, the way I learned changed. I used to be a read write learner, but after the concussion I became more of an visual and auditory and I also noticed that my responses are a bit delayed and I can’t think as fast as I use to.

I got a concussion years ago on the job. A metal ladder hit me on the head because it fell on me. I was just very nauseous with a nasty headache for a long time

I had two concussions playing football, but in those days you didn't even come out of the game. I'm sure I would be a lot smarter if it hadn't been for those concussions.

@Ferise1 I was basically knocked out I woke up to someone screaming my name at me and it took me a minute to realize what happened,

@Firestarter damn I got knocked out too in 2005. I also got concussions wakeboarding and snowboarding. But I don’t think it’s affected me.
