Don’t like this getting old
This getting old is not what I signed up for. Hands are killing me today and the same with my feet. This cold and damp weather can do one every day the pain gets worse

Cold weather definitely makes me stiff and sore. I dread next week's cold snap. I'll have to do an extra set of exercises just to loosen up.
