Do you ever remember your dreams?

I do occasionally remember my dreams and they do make sense and most of them are action filled dreams. Sometimes scary, sometimes in a world that seems to be coming directly out of my imagination.

I have a few dreams that I favor but also some that I dread. I am not afraid of heights but a feared dream of mine is that I am on staircases without handrails and I panic at the thought of falling and I start panicking and have to lie flat on those stairs. Yet my favorite dream is that I am able to fly just by flapping my arms. That is such an intense feeling.

Yes, I do, and not only do they make a lot of sense, but they're like I'm visiting a parallel reality that has all of the same rules of nature, with colour, sound, touch, taste, and characters within the dream that, although they often look familiar somehow, are people I just don't know in real life. We interact, sometimes have interesting conversations.

Frequently remember my dreams, I kind of know what they mean but not always. Anyway I don't worry about it much.
