@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout They also have educational grants to private schools. Which are now auditable. As of the last few years almost all colleges and universities funding from grants is larger than tuitions.
What that means is that the schools themselves have been reduced to NGOs. Cool huh? The first of many drain plugs in the swamp getting plucked out.
