Probably has something to do with the BRICS thing. They are doing it in all of those countries...looks like Putin caught on late, but still got on board.

Its a global plan.....we are in the midst of a full scale attempt to enact some sort of worldwide societal, financial, digital and energy control grid.

Its not inevitable though. Looks like the nigerian government have backed down on the rollout of their CBDC, or at least have stalled it, due to public unrest (banks burnt down etc) and communities creating their own ways to trade (bartering, using goods as currency, paying teachers in food).

This was imposed after over 90% of nigerian people had rejected CBDC. And to "encourage" ie force this upon them, cash was restricted.

I guess they're not going to use credit card data for it. 🤔
