Police state UK, arrested for my interest in astronomy...Indeed, I was innocently investigating our universe when I heard a loud knock at the door

Well, I almost swooned when the police swarmed in to my abode (I say swarmed it was only 2 of them) but they said they had come to confiscate my astronomical apparatus. I was shocked and stunned. I asked them when 'stargazing' became a crime? They could give me no answer...of course they couldn't, they were following their instructions from the Illuminati, NASA and the Royal Family as they knew my research was clearly pointing to the fact that we lived on a flat Earth.

They hummed and hawed and muttered something about the neighbours complaining that I was looking through their windows with my binoculars and, (clearly having no knowledge of the scientific method) asked how I could see the stars at 2 in the afternoon using a pair of cheap binoculars.

Well, you could have knocked me over with a feather, clearly they have no idea how these things work and all the neighbours that reported me are clearly on the 'man's' payroll....
