Bingo! This right here. I thought about what I would do if in this situation. I came to the conclusion that I would've approached Chris backstage ASAP and ask him to explain. The first thing that came out of Chris' mouth would've explained everything. If it was not to my satisfaction, I would've quietly left the premises with my wife. But I sense Chris probably would've apologized to her.
Unfortunately for Will and Jada Smith this WWE sideshow version of Oscars will follow them for the rest of their lives, and not in a positive way. I have to say I lost all respect for Will. At least Denzel understood and offered some timely wisdom. Chris did take it awfully well.
