After my dogs passed away I had a dream. One of my dogs was swimming along in what I NOW believe to be the universal stream of consciousness. Young beautiful men, whom I now believe to be angels, sat beside the stream and guarded it.
I asked one of them if he could get my dog...and he dove in and retrieved him. I held my dog for a moment or two in the dream, and realized he did not remember me, or remember who he had been. My dog struggled, and dove again into the stream.
Some part of me believes he will be reborn.
