@SW-User Yes, I've known some who have gotten better at being their true selves. It's not an easy task. Narcissism infiltrates the entire system and is very difficult to beat. Usually, the narcissist won't even be willing to recognize he's a narcissist. But, once in a blue moon, someone will when their life gets shitty enough that they have to look at what they're doing. But yeah, it's very rare. They usually just look for someone else to prey upon. And will usually find them.
