When talking about your self esteem is it how low can you go limbo or how high can you go highjump?

No duality in self...and esteem. You're a badass or you're not.

Mid to low

Mine usually stay in the middle. Certain things have made it go down, but then again in a good healthy level. Cause I know very well I'm not perfect and people that like me will like me as I am

The problem with high jump is one can become egocentric. But hard to get things done in low. For me,I am now in the middle or above a bit.

Honestly , I almost never talk about it.

I think its good for self esteem to vary.

If we always felt bad ...itd be demoralising ....and if we always felt good , we'd be arrogant .

Rn it's very high.
