When talking about your self esteem is it how low can you go limbo or how high can you go highjump?

Honestly , I almost never talk about it.

I think its good for self esteem to vary.

If we always felt bad ...itd be demoralising ....and if we always felt good , we'd be arrogant .

@popmol but one is never aware of quite where that is.
More often than not we don't see until its too late ....if we see at all.
