Have you ever thought about going on a hermit retreat?

I will be applying to a Nepalese monastery for a month's course. Hiatus is very important for me to maintain my mental health.

I think we all need a week or two every year to disconnect from all of this. Like this whole site is supported by our incessant need to feel connected. It's suffocating, yet feels necessary.
