One more bit of trivia - - - - Hitchcock and the big-time producer David O. Selznick were both control freaks. Long story short, Hitch did NOT like the power Selznick had over him or the way he exercised that control so... if you notice how Raymond Burr was made to look as the wife killer in Rear Window you'll see the subtle way the famous director got back at him LOL
