right after WW2 dad came home from being a POW and because of an illness he contracted there, the Army sent him to another city (Indianapolis) instead of his hometown (Grand Rapids), to be treated. Mom wanted to enlist, but was talked out of it so instead volunteered for the local USO and was helping at a charity dance for recovering soldiers. She spotted him across the room as he saw her as well..the rest is history..

I went to your profile but there is nada in the story section. Do you record on Youtube perchance? I just learned how to do that a couple weeks ago. Did a couple of audio recordings of my works.

I used to worry about that a lot, but it is so fucking hard for a writer to make any steady bills in his craft and only 5% of published works come from unknown writers each year, there isn't much point in stealing what doesn't have a market value. Besides, it is relatively easy to get a copyright at least started these days and pretty cheap. Submit your work with Library of Congress and you are good, bout six months till it officially comes through but you are protected from registration date.

Um not entirely certain, but probably at a bar. My mom got married young and had 2 kids with a man who worked and provided, but was cold and stern. My father was the opposite, he was wild and loving. My brother says she cheated a while before leaving to be with my dad, she says no. Truth is lost to history, but I am still here.
