i'm not interested in games whose base is built on destruction and violence.

try making something constructive, like a sandbox with an open world, the ability to create creative content, an extensive storyline for the game character, and a link to the psychological needs of the users.

it can be done, but no one does it.

@fakable what you just described for the most part, sounds like Minecraft. Obviously a massively successful game centered around creativity

And appealing to human needs of survival.

they don't do that now, but the current technology makes it possible.
