@sexyjigsaw So it was part of project MK Ultra, where the CIA was experimenting with LSD to try to make a mind control drug. But they had a lack of willing test subjects, so operation midnight climax was taking several hookers, payed by taxpayer money, to safe houses where they were told they would be protected but were secretly dosed with LSD to measure the drugs effect.
