@fakable love the song, yet sadly it doesn't go far enough.
Unfortunately Kansas Christian values show up throughout their songs. And Christianity doesn't encourage thinking. 😞

@fakable yes, chaos does seem to be like change. Yet change is always progressive over the ages. There is a certain order to change by that.
Does not any sun evolve? Die? And be reborn? Everything changes.

@fakable notice I didn't say IS chaos?
Order and chaos go hand in hand. Both evolve
The universe forever expands. Or collapses and is reborn.

kaleidoscope with multicolored glass
you look into it and twist it and you see slender geometric patterns
the mechanism of the kaleidoscope and your mind turn random sets of glass into coherent patterns, but chaos remains chaos

@fakable just to give further though I believe this song is more appropriate to this thread...

Everything is similar, yet it does change.

@fakable interesting, I frown upon monotheistic view points though.
I am more inclined to believe in things causing changes. Yes I do put change above everything, yet I don't believe it's just only change.
Therefore my beliefs are not really theistic in any way.
Our early ancestors gave what they didn't understand a name. Each different in order to distinguish each thing they really didn't understand.
This methodology just happened to turn into religious beliefs. The methodology is actually appropriate. Can even be applied today. Just not tobe worship as a deity.
The wind is like a god to a caveman. Yet the wind does exist. So is change. Change exist in everything though. Even the wind.

you don't think in legitimate societal stereotypes. that commands respect
you have nothing but mind. all sense of mind is illusory. including sense of change
when the hand touches the face of the host, the palm feels the tactile sensations of touching the face and transmits these signals to the host's brain. at the same time, the palm does not understand what belongs to the host and does not understand the meaning of its work
i am a mechanism for collecting and transmitting signals from a limited segment of the spectrum of reality
collecting and transmitting signals to the master is the meaning of my being
my human consciousness is only for the continuation of this process
everything i know, think, feel, believe, etc. has no meaning for me as a human being
