You will see all kinds of things in other parts of the world. Restaurents reserving leftovers..people gathering ruined bread and cooking it again to serve it..animals being fed garbage remains..

Not the partially eaten food. That is disgusting. But there are warehouses opening up right now and in business that are selling food which is close to expiration. There is nothing wrong with that, as long as it is used immediately or cooked and frozen.
