What's a saying or phrase that you hate?

I can't stand "Do me a solid". Sounds like something you would say before taking a dump 🤣.

It is what it is. When someone wants to change the subject because they don’t want to admit they aren’t knowledgable enough to contribute anything to a conversation they started.
