What's a saying or phrase that you hate?

I can't stand "Do me a solid". Sounds like something you would say before taking a dump 🤣.

@SW-User Maybe people misuse this phrase but generally it’s not meant to tell you “it is what it is” It’s meant to say “It is what it already is and there’s nothing else that can be done” in the context of someone who wishes it could change or be what it isn’t. Realizing or indicating something cannot be changed.
