Wrong Plumbing, Wrong Name

My daughter took her cat in to get neutered and they left her a message on her phone that said:
Hi, yes, we realize that you brought Elson in to be neutered, but we cannot do the procedure because Elson is not a boy. 😂
My daughter was flabbergasted and she was laughing so hard. So she changed the name to Elsie. And got her fixed.

They couldn't figure out....she needed to be spayed instead?

Neuter=male
Spay=female

@PHlover19701 Some people can't. I've seen it before. The main thing is, I'm glad she has this cat to comfort her, while her other cat is old, and it won't be as hard for her, if she has this cat to love, as well.
