I happened to notice today

At the top of my breaker box it says "Main Principal." Not "principle," "principal."I picture a little person in there running a tiny school. 😆

That’s not wrong, although I don’t think of “principal” in terms of things like breakers. It means chief or primary, so perhaps that’s a panel directly connected to the outside power? I would think “main” would have been sufficient.
