how to have a sense of humour

i see many on this site lolling at jokes i just don't see funny and expressing humour...me i'm quite a serious person and often don't like to laugh.

When I see lol I don’t literally interpret it as laughing out loud. It’s more of an acknowledgment that it was amusing, even if only mildly. Sometimes it’s an acknowledgment of ridiculousness.
