Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

No,I don't think so - it would give me a feeling of unease,even of a lingering presence from the terrible events that had occurred on the site.It's not that I would be expecting to see ghostly figures or hear cries in the night,but I tend to pick up a lot from the atmospherics of places - so no,not for me,at any price!
