Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

Honestly yes. I would be queasy living in the same house as any of those people, but if it were a new house, sure. I do not believe in the supernatural so there is no problems there. The only thing that I would have to consider would be the crime scene tourism and people showing up to take a look at the place.
@TrashCat Yes, another poster mentioned that. I hadn’t even considered that. Most of the previous buildings were torn down, and sometimes even the [b]address[/b] was changed, so ghouls wouldn’t keep looking for it.

@TrashCat Considering what kind of nutcases these people attract, it might not even be safe.
@CrazyMusicLover True. There are some sick people even beyond the previous tenants at those properties.
