Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

Nope. There'd still be annoying, thoughtless tourists buzzing about the site doing what annoying, thoughtless tourists usually do.

@SW-User That’s a really good point. On a lot of the most gruesome sites, the houses and buildings were torn down, often to discourage souvenir hunters. But people in the neighborhood probably still stop by.
