Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

Yes, if the new structure itself was ideal, the location was right for my needs, and it was very good deal, I would be, er, haunted by passing up the opportunity
