Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

Been in one of Mason's homes in the mountains several times. Heck the staff at the place actually lived in it.

It would really depend on if I could afford it and how much it cost to maintain.

I sure couldn't keep up on the maintenance costs on Mason's old home.
