Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

I wouldn’t wanna live in their house, but a new house on the land I don’t think would bother me. Everywhere we go, something else was here before. Maybe being something decent would be like a fresh coat of paint for the spot.
