Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

Yes, I would. A reasonably priced home is hard to find, at least in my area, so finding one that had everything I needed would be too good of a deal to pass up. There might initially be a low-level feeling of creepiness due to the site's history, but I think I'd get over it soon enough. 😄

@Rutterman I feel pretty much the same. The house where I’ve lived for 34 years had someone shot at (but not hit) by a prior owner.
