Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

There’s a show on Roku called Murder House Flip People buy houses that there was a murder. Then they have people come remodel the room where Murder accrued

@Jeffrey53 Wow. That’s a really interesting premise. Usually when it’s the site of a particularly gruesome crime (like the ones mentioned, or the DeFeo mass murders) the building itself is torn down so "souvenir hunters" aren’t as attracted.
