Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

@SwampFlower I totally get that. If the money being right and a nice, new house were the pros, "might be haunted" would be insignificant as a con. 😄
