Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

There was a pediatrician where I live that molested 100s of kids. They tore down his building and it sat vacant for maybe 15 years now and they’re building a hotel on it. It’s weird, I’m not superstitious, but still, it’s weird.

@BrokenAbyss The flat where my husband and I lived downtown had been the site of a murder-suicide 7 years and one tenant before we moved in. We lived there for five years and noticed nothing unusual. Someone who lived in that neighborhood told me about that history 20 years later.

@bijouxbroussard It does have a creepy factor, but truly it’s just a space you would make your own.
