Weird question: Would you live in a house…

that had all the room, everything you needed and was clean and pleasant, very reasonably priced—if it were built on the site of the previous home of someone like John Wayne Gacy, Dean Coril or Jeffrey Dahmer ?
Not the same building, but a new house on the same site ?

I don't believe that spirits would roam around it

and I lived in a house where a family member had died of old age - after a while you don't really think of it
